Their concept? Sélections pays tribute to perfectly aged delights: A.O.P. gorgonzola so rich it’s eaten with a spoon, ultra-creamy Herve, and aromatic cheeses that make noses tingle. In short, cheese worth negotiating for—fully dairy-legal!

Wine and cheese is a sacred pairing, but here, it gets a modern twist. Homemade chutneys, dried fruits, and punchy pickles add the perfect touch. The boldest foodies will go straight for a grilled cheese that stretches like Tram 81 or a baked Mont d’Or, gloriously melting in all its glory.
