A tribute to the vibrant Syro-Lebanese cuisine, brought to life by Louay & Heidi, who have been sprinkling za’atar magic across Brussels for decades. Here, cooking is poetry—written with garlic and olive oil.

On the menu? Perfectly grilled pita stuffed with juicy keftas, melt-in-your-mouth chicken shawarma—best devoured in the lively heart of Galerie Bortier.

The concept? A colorful spread of mezze and custom bowls: silky hummus, mouthwatering chich taouk, fragrant bulgur with cumin and mint, golden falafels, creamy labneh, divine man’ouché, and plump chich barak straight from Jaffa.
